It's Asia which's calling the shots in global BPO biz

The dynamic Asian call centre market is all set to witness an astonishing 60% growth in 2005. The figures were released in a survey by ACA Research, Singapore and Michigan-based Fortune 500 BPO staffing firm Kelly Services, Inc. The booming call centre industry in India is to further expand operations by as much as 64 per cent in the next 12 months.
