They don’t have any marketing offices. Neither do they spend on advertising. Some don’t even sell their services or products here. Though selling in the Indian market may not be important, some global IT giants have nonetheless become dependent on India. Because of outsourcing, a substantial proportion of their workforce is now located here. The rising trend of offshore outsourcing has strengthened the India connection.
