Motorola forms JVs with Wipro, Tech-Mahindra

US-based telecom equipment maker Motorola, on Tuesday, announced two joint ventures in India. One with Bangalore-based Wipro Technologies for managed services and second with Pune-based Tech-Mahindra for application development. ET had reported the JV in its edition on Tuesday. The global telecom major has decided to make this shift because of the change in the market place. The global telecom equipment market has been undergoing a major turbulence in the past couple of years.
