iGATE Corporation (Nasdaq:IGTE), a global provider of IT and BPO services, today announced its financialresults for the first quarter ending March 31, 2005. Consolidated revenuesfor this quarter were $69.6 million, an 8.6% increase from $64.1 millionreported in the same quarter a year ago and a 2.2% sequential increase from$68.1 million in the fourth quarter of 2004.
